with sympathy

I wish we never needed to make these sorts of cards.

I've turned to this new Hero Arts With Sympathy set more than I would have liked already this year.

VersaMagic Chalk Inks give great coverage on the flowers. Here are the colors I used:

Pixie Dust, Mango Madness, Tea Leaves, Pink Grapefruit, Pink Petunia.

The grass is stamped by turning the floral image upside down and stamping the stem portion repeatedly with first, second, and third generation inkings. (Same as here.)

Thanks for stopping by today...I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

It's a lovely card Tami. I agree with you though, I wish we didn't have to make sympathy cards. I find I do better with them when I DON'T have to make them.

Sorry it's been a difficult year already, Tami. Wish we didn't have to ever make these either, but knowing they bring comfort helps. This is really lovely with the beautiful colors! Hugs to you!

Hi Tami! I know this was done months ago, but I just have to tell you that I have coined this card my all-time favorite! If I was ever going to have a style, this would be it. The colors are luscious and those colors make me swoon! Thanks for share this gem!
